    EU AI Act Quick-Check

Five questions about your AI use case, you get a likely EU AI Act risk class (minimal, limited, high) with the specific obligations that apply. A technical indicator, not a legal assessment.

    Ø runtime ~25 s Open tool
  • Q01 Privacy
Do I have to share my email address?

No. All results are visible in-browser right away, no account, no newsletter wall. The detailed PDF report (prioritised actions and GDPR risk scoring) is gated behind an optional email.

  • Q02 Privacy
Where are inputs and results stored?

Only anonymised stats in our EU-hosted analytics (scan count, common errors). Emails, if provided, land in our EU-hosted newsletter stack. No US tool, no CRM re-targeting, no third-country transfers.

  • Q03 Tools
What tracking problems does the Measurement Health Check detect?

The check scans 22 configuration points across GA4, Google Tag Manager, dataLayer, and Consent Mode V2. It surfaces missing conversion events, duplicate pageviews, broken gclid handoffs, misconfigured server-side containers, and consent leaks.

    • GA4 property configuration and event schema
    • GTM container: trigger order, dead tags, empty variables
    • Server-side tagging via stape.io or self-hosted
    • Consent Mode V2: default state, ads_data_redaction, url_passthrough
    • Direct-traffic hygiene: gclid restore, UTM strip, referrer spam
  • Q04 Tools
How long does a Measurement Health Check take?

Around 4 seconds in the browser. The scan runs client-side on the URL you enter. No tags on your site, no DNS lookup in our backend, no cookie on your domain.

  • Q05 Tools
Which risk classes does the EU AI Act Quick-Check cover?

The check maps your use case to the four official EU AI Act risk classes: unacceptable (prohibited), high (full obligations), limited (transparency duties), minimal (no obligations). 25 questions, around 25 seconds.

  • Q06 Compliance
When does the EU AI Act take effect?

2 August 2026 for most provisions, including obligations for high-risk systems under Annex III. Bans on unacceptable practices have applied since 2 February 2025. Penalties reach 35 million euros or 7% of global annual turnover.

  • Q07 Compliance
Does the Quick-Check replace a formal conformity assessment?

No. The Quick-Check is a 25-second orientation, not a notified conformity assessment under Annex VI/VII. High-risk systems need a full assessment with a risk-management system, technical documentation, and CE marking.

  • Q08 Scope
Are the tools suitable for small setups, or only enterprise?

Both. The Measurement Health Check works on any public setup, from a 1-page WordPress site to 120+ site groups. The EU AI Act Quick-Check is industry- and size-agnostic. The same rules apply to solo founders and Fortune-500 groups.
