Data contract first
Definition before tooling. Every number gets an owner and a documented calculation before it is allowed into a dashboard.

Read-only start
The audit needs no admin rights and no production credentials. DPA signed before the first access.

Fixed price, no timesheets
The Audit Sprint starts at €2,400 net, fixed. Implementation prices exist after the audit, not before.

Handover, not dependency
Documentation, a handover session, operations optional. Plenty of clients run the setup themselves afterwards. That is the point.
Partners & disclosure
Where money flows, it says so here.
With some vendors we are certified partners and earn on licences. That belongs in the open, not in the fine print, and it changes nothing about which stack we recommend. That decision happens in the audit, with your numbers.
