    How long does a typical audit really take?

    Two weeks. Not a marketing promise, the time we actually need to audit a setup cleanly and write a prioritised action plan. Complex setups (multi-brand, app + web + shop) take three; we'll tell you during kickoff.

    What access do I need to give you to start?

    Read-only is enough for the audit. No admin rights, no production credentials:

    • GA4 property. Analyst role
    • GTM container. Read

    • Google Ads (Analyst) and BigQuery, if export is on

    Do you work with Google Ads / Meta Ads agencies?

    Yes, regularly. Analytics is the foundation the paid agency builds on, not a competitor. Typical handovers to the paid side:

    • Meta CAPI (server-side) with consent logic
    • On request: review of tracking setups configured on the paid side

    Why don't you do the implementation yourselves?

    Deliberate stance against vendor lock-in. We write the Measurement Blueprint, your dev team implements. The code stays yours, you stay in control, and we're not the "analytics hostage" of your setup. We take over QA, validation, and everything downstream, but not code in your app or site.

    What happens after an Audit Sprint?

    You get the report, the action plan, and the 90-minute walkthrough call, then you decide. Typical paths after the audit:

    • ~60%: Build Sprint as the next step
    • ~30%: Implement in-house (the plan is designed for that)
    • ~10%: Confirmation the setup already runs cleanly

    Are there exceptions to the EU-first rule?

    Very few. If a client specifically wants Google Analytics 360 for enterprise features, we set it up cleanly, but with documented GDPR risk and explicit DPO sign-off. Our default is EU servers, EU tools, EU contracts. Everything else is a conscious exception.

    What if we find out together that I don't need an audit?

    We'll say so during kickoff. It's happened twice, setups that were verifiably clean. We invoice half a day, you get a written "all good" confirmation, and we stay in touch. No €2,400 for nothing.

    When does the EU AI Act become relevant for my analytics setup?

    August 2026 for most AI applications. Relevant for analytics if you use any of these patterns:

    • BigQuery ML or comparable prediction models
    • Custom LLMs for content personalisation
    • Automated decision-making based on analytics data
  • Q09 Scope
    What's not included in the price?

    We build the data infrastructure, not the marketing on top of it. Three things are explicitly out of scope:

    • Campaign execution: no ads operations, no creative, no media planning. We have partners for that and work with them happily.
    • 24/7 support SLA: Managed Evolution has response SLAs for critical incidents, but no round-the-clock on-call rotation.
    • Licence markup: you buy tool licences directly from BigQuery, stape.io, OneTrust etc. We don't earn anything on top.
