Why don't you do the implementation yourselves?
Deliberate stance against vendor lock-in. We write the Measurement Blueprint, your dev team implements. The code stays yours, you stay in control, and we're not the "analytics hostage" of your setup. We take over QA, validation, and everything downstream, but not code in your app or site.

What happens after an Audit Sprint?
You get the report, the action plan, and the 90-minute walkthrough call, then you decide. Typical paths after the audit:

Are there exceptions to the EU-first rule?
Very few. If a client specifically wants Google Analytics 360 for enterprise features, we set it up cleanly, but with documented GDPR risk and explicit DPO sign-off. Our default is EU servers, EU tools, EU contracts. Everything else is a conscious exception.

We'll say so during kickoff. It's happened twice, setups that were verifiably clean. We invoice half a day, you get a written "all good" confirmation, and we stay in touch. No €2,400 for nothing.

What's not included in the price?
We build the data infrastructure, not the marketing on top of it. Three things are explicitly out of scope:
Campaign execution: no ads operations, no creative, no media planning. We have partners for that and work with them happily.
24/7 support SLA: Managed Evolution has response SLAs for critical incidents, but no round-the-clock on-call rotation.
Licence markup: you buy tool licences directly from BigQuery, stape.io, OneTrust etc. We don't earn anything on top.
